Got done things early today, so the punishment went somewhat like this:
*Dips: 3 sets, 12 reps
*Scull Crushers w/Eazy Curl Bar: 3 sets, 10 reps
*Dumbell Row: 3 sets, 10 reps
*Barbell Shrug: 3 sets, 10 reps
*Single Arm Preacher Curl: 3 sets, 10 reps
*Leg Press Machine: 3 sets, 12 reps
*60 sit-ups on flat bench
*40 minutes riding a bike
Good workout, took about an hour and a half in the gym, then the 40 minutes outside on the bike. Good enough for a day or 2! ;)
