I'm off to climb this today. It's an easy slab, great for footwork. We'll be climbing it all day :-)
My workouts these days consist almost entirely of hard indoor bouldering, both attempting problems but also a LOT of hard, long traversing.
This morning I'm 65.5 kilos, just a whisp of a man compared to some of you guys.

Today's workout was my usual full body assault of heavy compound lifts, with some direct work added in to enhance the pump in all my muscles. Went something like this:
Chin-ups
Pull-ups
Standing Military Press
Incline Dumbell Curls (I hate these)
Front Squats
Barbell Row
Pull-downs
Cable Pulls
Dumbell Shoulder Fly's
Deadlifts
Benchpress
