I've been doing basically the same f/b workouts lately, with some minor variations 3 days a week. Sometimes it's hard to find motivation due to the taxing of my body, but once I'm in the gym and through my first set, I feel great again. :D Today's my 'off' day, so it's 25-30 minutes on the treadmill, and maybe some sparring on the ol' heavy bag.
