Last night was fun. Warm up, some cross fittish stuff, then an hour of: 5 1 minute sparring rounds followed by 5 2 minute grappling rounds (1 min in mount, 1 min in guard). Finished off with some bag work.

Ha - went to the gym, in the track area for my warm-up with my Son...head towards the weight room, all closed off with a sign that say's "Closed Until Further Notice"...head back to the track area where they have two other weight stations, asked what happened.
A car drove through the wall that morning and took out the weight room...she's OK, but sheesh...think I'm going to go into withdrawal, have to use machines...no free weights...arghhhh!
