Weight room still obliterated due to car crashing through it so been doing a mish-mash of cardio and machine weights in the main cardio and track area...walking to warm down, so got to watch some type of retro aerobics dance class, hadn't heard this in a long, long time, Run DMC, great song and was hilarious to watch, felt like the whole thing could have been on MTV, which it was, in 1988:

wide grip pull ups 4x10
seated row 3x12
bent over row 3x10
barbell curl 3x10
whole lot of calf/achilles stretching
Thanks - I choose to support Variety Village because a lot of the work they do with the disabled, developmentally disabled, and others who have been profoundly injured in some way make it a nice community.
