Once I've done that I stretch, do my katas a few times, then move onto the heavy bag for kicks. We have to do a 200 kick thing (25 each leg of 4 kicks non-stop for power), so I'm training that at 30 each leg.
Once that's done I redo my katas, and run through some of the other fitness requirements. The biggest concern to me atm is the 15 minutes of star jumps. I weigh around 95Kgs and my calves don't like it much. Anyone with any tips (besides the standard "build up to it" which is what I'm doing via pyramiding etc)?
I'm doing that workout, or small variations on it, around 2 times a week at home. I train another 2-3 times a week in class. I'm sick of pushups, and burpees are boring... good, but boring... :)
