Thank you, is that I buy a large quantity powder at a very good price and wanted to make some stick

Not a crayon answer:
I have made a lather with a cheap "paint brush" in a cup and added the CrOx to it and then painted the green lather onto a canvas or linen material and let it dry. Then rub with a clean clothe to remove excess powder..

By the way, some CrOx is not to be trusted as it is used for colorant and the partical sizes vary greatly.

PS, years back, folks on the forums made hones with CrOx mixed into melted shellac or hard wax. In "Mentos" tins!.

The one I received is just too shiny to do much good. A polish but not enough to really refresh a blade. Perhaps, like barber hones, the amount of Crox to the binder was insufficient to make it work well.
