Some of mine hang just outside the shower and bathroom area. The one I am currently stropping with usually hangs on the front of vanity sink cabinet.

Piece of rawhide to the shelf in my closet. Top of the strop hangs at about shoulder height. Handle at about waist height.

Mine are temporarily hanging from a treadmill using a stout zip-tie (please don't ask). Best use so far of my Costco gross and a half of zip-ties I bought years ago.

Treadmills make the best clothes hangers and it sounds like stropping stations!

I use this set up at home in the bathroom when I strop but I don't store my strops in the bathroom.

If I travelled with a straight razor I think I'd consider a paddle strop and eliminate the need to find a place to hang a strop.

I put a screw in the side of the vanity in the bathroom for stropping. I store them on the side of a cabinet I store my shaving stuff in when not in use. I usually strop and set my counter up for shaving while the shower is warming up.

The ring at the top of the strop easily fits on a door handle next to my shaving sink, and is the perfect height for stropping. I store my strops in my closet, hanging on clothes hangers.
