Thanked: 983You won't lose them if you do a thorough last look around your hotel room before you walk out the door.

Thanked: 983Ah yes, I know what you are saying, but you don't know me. I've travelled a bit, stayed in more than my fair share of Motel rooms, and so I look everywhere, including under beds, behind doors, ledges and numerous nooks and crannies. My last check of a room would be akin to a security check before the arrival of a VIP. I've learnt from experience. I take out only what I need to use, and as much as possible, put it back in my bag when I finish with it. That's overkill 99% of the time, I know, but I've only ever left one thing behind in my travels, and vowed not to make the same mistake twice.
