I did mute the point today but so little you have to look real close to see it. it's been a couple days since it got me so I re-honed and tried again today. I did slow down and took my time. no blood. and with my thinners that's an accomplishment. when I get a lot better I'll hone the mute out of it and see how it goes. also I made a comment on the length. I may have been wrong. it's not 3 in. but it may have been made this short in the beginning. the scales may be a little to long. I can shorten them. anyway all things in time.
