I actually just cut a chunk off with end biters that looked large enough to make the wedge plus a little for shaping, my guess is I got 4 wedges out of one 1oz slug.

So many creative and almost free solutions. I love seeing all the different ways of looking at a problem. Everyone has a different way of getting things solved based on their past experience. It really gets me thinking of different lines to a solution and is really fun for me to find what works best with my skill set and equipment.:y
The Lancet is one of those Holy Grail type razors that I wanted to complete my collection.
However, that 75 Cent is turning out great so far. It has some pretty lines on it and a helluva smile. I can see this one among my absolute favorites.
Now I'm just trying to figure how much Wild Turkey I'm going to need to send in trade. ;)
Put together the first of Sonny's Mappin this afternoon, after a quick question of if he wanted the scales polished, or left the satin, grainy, natural look.
So I fashioned a set of silver nickle pins, for replicating the original collarless pinning, cleaned up original wedge and thrust washers, and.....here ya go.

Wow! don't think i've seen one like that before. Now I've got to have one too.
Those definitely have a cool grind. That's a lot of metal, but then it tapers down to a hollow.
Can't wait to see how it shaves.
