Yes, you are right, and it will also be said that the production time is greatly increased.:)

Excellent video! I always wondered how you did what you do! You always produce exceptional razors!
Finally!
I get to put something razor-related up in the "Working On" Thread...
I know I had shown my drawer of vintage DE/SE/Injector Razors, But tonight I made one the same way for all the Newer DE/SE/Injector Razors. Hope you like it.

BTW, That is 1" of plywood with 1" to 1 1/8" holes drilled in it then covered in felt. This keeps the razors sitting nicely with half of the heads in the holes.

So...Gipson. Have you ever attempted a "rattler" grind.?
This image might help.

I was more curious to if you've ever attempted it.
I would imagine a double wheeled grinder, would need to be used, for such a grind.
I know how to do it in two ways. One method is not so laborious, a metal milling machine is required for manufacturing, another method is very laborious, it is possible to make such a form at home, using abrasive wheels of the required diameter, but such efforts are not worth such labor costs. I have never made such a blade shape. I don't have a milling machine for metal yet.
