Been to the craft store and the fabric store. Here is the box, I got it off Ebay. A sorta arts and crafts thing, someone glued pieces and strips of what looks to me like horn and bone. Tried to get a picture.....

Anyhoo, went out in back and raided the dumpster of the millwork shop. I buy very little wood. They toss LOTS!

The size of the box does not lend it'self to the traditional format. I suppose that is par for this set. :)
They will be arranged as such. Think I shall use some of the pile-O-pins from babur's collars which are stainless to make separators/locators for each razor. Need to find some thin foam padding...

Tom, what don't you have laying around?
Well....I don't have a strop-sock from this material, Richard! :roflmao
Scales are cut, screwed, and clamped together, with a piece of paper and a couple drops of elmers glue. On to the sander to sand the edges even, once the glue has dried.

Well, I found a nice set of laminated green scales from an old Torrey in my pile which fit my Atta Boy really good.
Figured to pin that together with some salvaged double-stacks. Turned out good.....What's THAT?
Left a spacer out! :banghead:

Should be great for a St Patrick's day shave next week!
Bill, you may need to get a c.......................never mind.............it's when the doctor has a look around with a camera!
See? I still can't see! Been bumping into the walls all day long.
Did you really contact SenorSteve Tom? If so, I'm always glad to be of some help.
