Had some time yesterday to take my FBU to some 320 grit sandpaper to work out a bad chip. Some side to side strokes over the length of the blade edge, all while watching very closely to maintain the curvature of the smiling edge. Had to remove about 3/64 of the blade width, and as it stands now, I'm just creeping up on it completely vanishing. You should be able to still see a bit of the chip in the pic. I'm planning on leaving it at this stage, and completely remove it during the bevel set. This way I can maximise what's left of it's size........ Cause sizes matters with these you know!
During the bevel set I will continually check the chip with an eye loop until it is completely gone.
Here's the original pic of the razor.

Sweet, Andrew!
May as well work it out now, IMO.
It's not gonna matter! :D
Ya but this way when I talk about it in future posts I can refer to it as 67/64.... :roflmao Isn't that what they do on the Bay now a days?? :p:shrug:
Yeeeeah, yer right. I was trying to be sooo careful though!
