This thing is TINY!
But oh so tight of a tolerance capability. Pretty psyched to get it set up. Just unboxing tonight..

Wow, that is tiny Mike. What's the measurement tip to tip??
9 3/4" between centers, 4 1/2" swing. Can fit into an 8x8x24" case, with motor removed.
I'm not disappointed by any means. Knew the dimensions, but in hand, it's almost cute in its compactness. .0005" repeat accuracy though so it's perfect for my watch rebuild. And other stuff..
Interesting purchase B52. I have been looking at the mini lathes too. I would like to try some small wood turnings and be able to make some bushings and small parts. I might look at them for a decade before I make up my mind. I am thinking though. I have some other fish to fry first.
I actually spit my drink out on that bit there. Did not expect such a laugh from this thread!Quote:

Dirty Girlfriend watch parts. Yeah! :D
The old one is still there...I assure you! :)
I think the makes three lathes in the shop now.
