Thank you, I will post another picture when I complete the hangers. This should provide a flexible storage system.

Check the grounds in the car. That can screw up electrical components in a car, and in really weird ways at times. Some autoparts stores will check the battery for free, would at least eliminate a possibility.

I tried to sit and look through all of this at one point and I just couldn't! There has to be some gems throughout.
