Really a great feature wall/ fireplace idea..
I am planning a firepit, not fireplace for our yard upgrade, but seeing how that looks when completed,, it really looks awesome.
And propane powered,, super convenient.

If you have natural gas at your house you could run a line out....
Don't get me started. It was suppose to be NG. We called a company and asked what it would take to do. "Oh let us know a couple days before they pour the concrete and we'll slip out and run the line. No problem."
I call them 2 days before they pour and then the tell me, it needs to be 2 feet below grade, ran in a conduit, and inspected by the township.
Would have been awesome to just flip a switch and havcit come on. But propane was just more convenient to do. We'll most likely only use a couple tanks per year.
