I started with the picture of the eraser alone, and deleted it to replace it with a picture of all three backings. I find that if I try deleting an image, it shows up anyway as an attachment. Anybody know how to get rid of one of those?

Yes. The synthetics works as well. I seem to recall having used 000 with mothers once then the 0000 but it was because my blade was still really scratchy looking. It is not very aggressive so you can play around with then a little bit and if it isn't where you need to be it doesn't take long to remove it. Compared to many here I'm still fairly novice and still messing about trying to get my methods perfected.

I made a little promise to myself at one point: no sanding razors while imbibing. Maybe taking razors out and admiring them, but even that might not be altogether safe.

I got home from a trans-Atlantic flight a few months ago, totally exhausted, jet-lagged. Got up in the morning and started to shave, and gouged a deep cut in my jaw. Worst cut ever. When driving, I figure exhaustion is equivalent to having had two stiff drinks, and try to compensate accordingly (slow, careful, attentive). Same rule of thumb seems to apply for handling sharp objects.

But then, that way of acquiring corks sounds like a lot more fun than just buying a bag full.
