    thanks, I found 100% neatsfeet at a feed and supply nearby, can I do anything with the undirable stuff I have aready other than put it down the drain ?

    i suppose use it on work boots and baseball gloves?

    I use 100% neatsfoot and have soaked tan looking scales for a week and it brought it back to nice and black with nothing happening to the blade. Honey horn turns a beautiful new looking honey color too. Natural horn is a marvelous and amazing substance to work with.
