    Reporting back: I used the strop for 6 days while recently traveling. I rolled up in a t-shirt and stuffed it in the suitcase. Checked the bag, (I guess all of us are pretty use to checking bags these days), and everything arrived on the other end without incident. I stropped my Ralf Aust everyday with this travel strop and did not notice a difference in the shave from my SRD Bridle Strop. I doubled the round trips to 100 everyday because this strop is so much smaller. Standard X-stroke, all was well. I did bevel the edges of the strop a little bit with sand paper on a block - I didn't buy a bevel tool. Really like this little thing!
