    Use your bare hands, if it’s too hot to hold, it needs quenching.

    Go slow and quench often, 8 US Dollars are at stake…

    Cool... I love me some thumb notch and spine work. I'd like a French tip too... with out the cut back to the blade. What I'd like is a Wacker chevalier. For less than $200. Lol. I've upped my limit to $100... the Whacker is $300-ish. Worth it too, I'd imagine. If I wasn't a tight wad I'd go for a Williams custom. $1000 budget and rampant RAD isn't sustainable. [emoji15]

    I honestly don't think I could spend $1000.00 on a razor. Maybe a super, extremely rare vintage that would increase in value. Maybe.

    Mine didn't cost even near that much, but mind you, mine is wounded....but I wouldn't sell it for that either!!

    Quite possible a custom could go up in price, from an artist.
    One would think the value of the ivory alone would increase in value.
    Of course, it could be just justidication.[emoji6]
