    I too have found it easier to peen one side, before installation.

    I only have the inner washers and those really tiny collars, not the nice and bigger ones you have.

    Do you peen the tiny ones or add the bigger ones over the top and peen those?

    I have peened the small washers before.

    Way to toss the "Hmmmmm Equation" into the mix

    Doming and Dapping kits changes all the possibilities

    I've even used the dappling block to restore the shape of original collars.

    Yep, in my Amazon Cart.

    A bit previous for me actually but you're all getting them so I don't want to be left out.

    I bought Forstener bits about a year ago and I still haven't used them in anger yet.

    Quick question.

    I have only actually filed one pin because I have only pinned twice and the first time was, well you know!

    Anyway I used a little keyhole file set and it was a bit tricky so I'm getting a proper file ( I can't find mine), it will be about 6" I think but do I want coarse, medium or fine to file those pins?
