Since those are 1/8", probably not.

The source he gives for the 0-80 Torx head screws doesn't seem to have any long enough for going all the way through. My guess is that you could use 3/32" tubing (which is 1/16" ID) and tap it for 0-80 then use the short Torx head 0-80 screws from each side.
