LOL, You just need to acquire more rolls. That way you always have the next rotation or 2 or 10 ready to go

Thanked: 25Carrie, I just completed a roll in maroon upholstery fabric. It is plush on the front and the back is a tight weave so I just turned the edges not as neat but serviceable . I will add about an inch or so to the width to make the pockets wider like Andy's. Send me your address off line and I will give you the 17x13 leather. I am at the post office daily with my wife's eBay shipping so it is no problem. I like the fabric and their is less chance of tanning residue affecting the blades.

Thanked: 25Razor roll pictures
Here are some pictures of the fabric roll. On the next one I will try 15" width, a 1.5" pocket will fit my 7/8's better. I also will try Bias Bound seams and edges.

That looks very nice. The only thought I have about the next one is to stitch twice between each pocket, to leave a generous 1/4 inch or so between the sides of adjacent pockets. This will make it easier to roll, and will help ensure that a fold of the flap gets between each of the exposed tangs and scales to keep them from rubbing together.

Thanked: 125What do you use for punching the holes? Or are you using a sewing machine?
