The Classic Shaving ones at $2.99 are considerably cheaper than UK7 pounds at Invisible Edge.

Aren't the ClassicShaving ones Dovo? Are they identical to the TI?
Also, maybe I was not clear. I don't want to have to pay $2-$4 for these little parts that actually only cost pennies.
I'd like to buy like 100 of the pins, about another 100 of the little friction washers, but I don't know what they are precisely called at the sites that sell stuff like that, and I don't know the sizes.
If anyone could steer me toward how to do bulk purchases of these parts, I'd be grateful. The washers especially are not the #0 brass washers that are the staple of re-pinning here. They are smaller, domed, and are a hard friction fit over the pin, which has a head that looks like a pin peened into a washer.
Thanks all!

Thanked: 13234I have looked too Lawson but to no luck so far...
You can find Nails and Pins in brass but you have to Anneal them so they peen well... then you are still looking for the washers...
Havent found them in NiAg, I have wondered if I could just make them???

The washers in that set are indeed a tight fit. This is intentionally so. The force required to tap the washers down tight on the pin against the side of the scale actually holds everything tight making it very easy to nip off the end of the pin and then peen it down.
At the factory they usually use two (2) of those little washers per razor pin (one nested inside the other).

Which is only to ask my original question. I'm not a tool guy. I don't know what microfasteners or whoever would call that little nail with a head that looks like a peened pin and domed washer. I don't know the size, and I don't know what to call those little tight-fitting washers, and I don't know that size.
I was hoping someone had already done my work for me and could just say "Hey, order parts XXXX and 1234 from dinkyparts-r-us."
Yes, I'm lazy as well as ornery!
Ironically, I found a source for the IT pins, but I don't think the washers come with them from that merchant. I'll know in about a week.
