No he does not, but
look at this
Bob Kramer Custom Damascus Chefs Knife - eBay (item 170566885591 end time Nov-18-10 15:20:51 PST)
pretty popular maker with huge wait list I think in the 3 year range.
If one could draw any parallels by price, a razor made by him would be pretty expensive.

I read the article in the "New Yorker" on him. That's where I learned about the six-meter loop, a mathematical formula used for blade edge shape. I found it mysteriously present in a surprising majority of my blades, from paring, santoku and in many chef's knives.
He's definitely awesome. I own a Shun Classic 8" chef knife and it is a very beautiful shape, it's balance and ergonomics are so good I find myself able to flip it and twirl it around in my hands as if it is possessed by some magical energy (in D&D terms it would have to be at least a chef knife +1, maybe even +2). The SG2 line looks to be very similar, I think it's around HRC 63-64, which is hardcore stuff.

Not trying to put the mans skills down or anything, but why is it that just because he's passed the ABA does it make him a master bladesmith in a select group of 114 in the world. I think that there would be many such artisans in the knifemaking world that are his equal. Why is it that the American society thinks that their award is the one and only means of discerning such titles???! It strikes me as just a little arrogant.
The man has certainly a great example of a rags to riches self made man, He may not be all that rich financally, but for a man of limited schooling, he sure has a lot of skill.
