I hate it too. I pretty much never even look at items that are using the program. It is super expensive and super slow, plus they charge brokerage fees that are as brokerage fees are by nature just gauging plain and simple. I have never had them loose or mispackage anything but won't buy anything that uses that service. Those guys and UPS are criminal in what they charge.
