Thanked: 90I was wondering if it was just a paper work thing with customs. Because on the USPS site it shows nothing about customs. Just were it is at and each step it takes. The ebay tracking stops once it gets to NY and is handed over to customs then just says delivered. Also it says it was handed over to customs on the 26th. By then it was already here, just not my house.
Unfortunately I don't know where the package is. They sent it somehow to a completely different address on Monday on a different route with a different mail carrier than ours. So if it wasn't given back, all the postal service has is the address it went to. They are trying to find the package. I hope someone didn't throw it away or use it. I have my fingers crossed it will make it's way to me still sealed in the package.

Thanked: 90What should I do if post office can't get it back. Seller replied nothing he can do because it says it was delivered and well he is in china. The post office keeps taking my info but won't call me back and every time I call is like starting all over again.

Thanked: 90Unfortunately I believe you are correct. My post office is full of a bunch of lying wankers. I call everyday and get the same lie and they never call me back. Well one of them finally messed up and gave me the address they said it was deliverdd too. It turns out that it was never delivered there and no one from the post office ever came by to ask. A retired 65 year old woman lives there and is always home. I tried to call the post office today every minute or two all day and even after they closed busy. Those lazy fools took the phone off the hook. I guess I have to try and get my money back from some guy in china now who isn't responding either. Fun my first bad ebay experience. If seller the seller keeps it up I will not be so nice on these forums to him. His respones was it was delivered don't know what I can do. I responed twice letting him know. He is ingoring me.

Thanked: 90I thought it was up to the shipper to actually deal with the claim. I can only deal with ebay and him. I went above and beyond already. Since I never got the package I tried to deal with the postal service, but it should have been the shippers job to make sure I got the package.

I feel your pain, but is the guy in China at fault? I,m not so sure he should be made to pay for someone else's mistake, or carelessness. Tc

Thanked: 90The problem is that the shipper is responsible till it gets to my address. The post office admits they messed up but shipper has tracking that shows it was sent to my address. So ebay found in favor of him. I am out $48 for a shave brush from ClassicShop2012 for a 30mm LS shave badger shave brush. All that the shipper needs to do is talk to the post office. He will not.

Thanked: 433Try the postal inspectors, as a seller I had good luck with them a few times. I'm not sure how easy it is to call from China and there could be language issues
