Then it clearly states communication he only replied once with absolutely no real communication other than I don't care. By not allowing me and others to give proper ratings they allow slow and lazy sellers who do not care about the buyer to not have the proper information to choose wisely when purchasing. He had 100% even though he had two bad reviews. Which means he had a lot in order to balance those out. So how many others were deleted in his favor that I had no idea about when making my purchase. The good ones only did what I usually do over look the crap service just because your item finally got to you and you never thought it would. It should not be like that.
In the end had I not done all the work I would have lost my money and not received the product. No other business runs like this. If I don't get something from Amazon they give back my money. They do the leg work. That goes for other companies I have bought from. In the end it sucks either way, but a buyer should not be responsible till the product is in there hands. It is his responsibility to get that product to me. Not mine to get it from him. I gave him my money apparently in good faith misplaced. Not to mention buying via Paypal makes it difficult too. If I use my credit card to buy something and it doesn't arrive. All I have to do is call them and they give back my money and do all the work.
