Uhm... you probably missed the part I'm going to color red. Express mail starts at $13.25. You can certainly do whatever you think is correct, but you misunderstand USPS at your own cost.

actually i caught that and had went back and edited....

long story short... insurance on priority mail usually costs me less than $2 extra *(money well spent after the cell phone fiasco)....

but back on subject....

i paid...
they drug butt shipping my stuff...
i started to rip them up... but gave positive feedback with a mediocre rating for shipping....
case closed i will not buy from them again.....
