    Default what does BBS mean?

I am horrible at text talk. I do use things like LOL, but that is about it. I was reading some posts here, and its sounds like a massive text. One of the abbreviations i saw and couldnt understand was BBS.

I googled it and found urban dictionary defines it to be "be back soon", or "Bulletin Board System". However the context in which it was used makes this out to be incorrect.

Another one i see used here is SRD. I am not sure what that is? Also CCS, CCC, and OTH. I get quite lost in the conversations here as people use them frequently.

Dear newer members, please go to Acronyms and Abbreviations - Straight Razor Place Library
A growing list of abbreviations as used in our world.

At the same time investigate other areas of the Library. That can answer a lot of your questions before you have to ask them on the forum.

Alternatively, you can also just read the FAQ section. Very comprehensive with links to more in depth information.

This message brought to you by the Mentoring service of SRP. We are here to help, just ask.

I didn't see CCS in the list, but it is Close Comfortable and Smooth which to me is the same as DFS.
    Not sure about CCC.

The definition is the definition, but I go back on forth on what I care about. Some days I'm in a hurry- tonight I had to shave with a 2 yr old son next to me. Give me time, and I can get BBS. But BS is good enough for some days!

    Bed and Breakfast Shack???
    Bulletin Board System???
    Who knows?

    Uuh, SRD is tricky too.
    Strictly Radioactive Design??
    Strathcona Regional District??

I wish there was some sort of a website where people could google terms like "BBS" and "SRD" in combination with the keyword "shave"....

But then again, asking a question is soooo much easier than researching for yourself.

Boy, I hope your post was in jest. You are on a site that has a listing of Abbreviations, etc. Use the search function to get there (part of the best library about wet shaving around).
