Why? If it shaves good, then you are home free!

because it's not a 9/8 or 10/8 which would probably be more fun to own then to be daily shavers

I'm amazed of the number of members who use monster width razors on a regular basis, or solely. While the largest razor I've shaved with is 8/8" it is by no means my favorite size nor most user friendly to me. Much rather prefer 6/8 - 13/16" any bigger and It starts to feel clumsy and awkward.

yes 5/8 and 6/8 are more usable and anything above that you just look like a bad ass that take 2 hours to save with a chopper

Its like when there's a monster on the eBay block its like a mob scene. People clamor over those huge pieces of steel. Look at today's custom makers, making razors the size of axe heads. Going well beyond the 1 inch threshold.
Were 1 inch F.B.U. even meant for personal use? I think not.

just because it is stamped FBU , it tends to bring arount 150 more than just an 8/8
and the cracked 8/8 peeps still bid as though it is a true 8/8 tat they will get , they never factor in that it will be a 7 or a 6/8 by they time they get that crack out

I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't think I look to "Bad Ass" standing alone in my bathroom shaving in nothing but a pair of boxer shorts and Batman slippers....
