Dang, I had a feeling that would be the case. I'm located in San Francisco but it came with a free honing coupon from SRD so I will send it back to get touched up. I can see why some people recommend having a backup razor. Anyway lesson learned to be more careful - I'm just happy I nicked my fingernail and not my finger.
