OK, here is the work in progress:

The entrance to my shave den/cave !! Note the closet where I'll have plenty of space to put towels and all kinds of other stuff.

These odd looking machines shall wash & dry my clothes & towels. There will be some cabinets over them.

This is where I will build my ceramic tile shower. Note the light that should give interesting highlights to the ceramic & glass that will be there.

This is where the straight razor magic will happen.

This is picture gives an idea of what the sink will look like with the faucet coming out of the wall.

I'll be installing a heated floor to keep my feet nice & comfy while I shave, and I might have one of those anti-gravity chairs so I can lay-down & relax with a hot towel wrapped around my face/head.

So that's where I'm at now. There is still alot of work to do, but I'm enjpying finishing my basement, so I don't mind. I'll keep you guys posted on this project as it evolves. If you have any ideas you think I'd like, please let me know.

    Glenn.

    I like this box!

Small is beautiful in a small house like ours. This is our 2nd floor bathroom. There's another downstairs, full of everything that women need to feel pretty.
Now what is behind the mirror is also some female stuff and not much of gentleman to get interested of. I have my stuff on the cabinet on the left. Not much of a shaving den but more than enough for me.

It's perfect! I really like the sink. The cabinet is very nice as well, very functional and nice to have all of your items together.

    I LOVE that razor rack.

I'll be building somekind of a razor box for my shave den. It'll have to be locked, my son is still too curious & hasn't learned enough about danger yet.

    My mini den:

Excuse the lousy phone pic, but I wasn't breaking out the camera. The cabinets and the bottles up top are courtesy of the Target clearance aisle..I will need to get some actual stoppers, but they work for right now.

Thanks. I made the rack by myself. With little children around it would be easy to make a razor box of some old cigar box or such. Just make some kind of rack inside. And as you seem to be handy with tools it wouldn't be too difficult to make the whole box from the start. With some nice details, such as intarsia or dovetails.
