I used to do that when i was still drinking. I would take some aspirin the night before & then the next morning. It was better than not taking anything the night before. I finally quit drinking because I was sick & tired of feeling that way the next day. You paid for it twice, first you bought it the night before & you paid for it the next day as well............. Not much of one for the drink these days myself. Still have a drink, but I know exactly when to put the brakes on with room to spare.

I've long been one of those geezers with changing chemistry.
No booze! no beef, no pork, no fowl, no sea food. And, I can still have fun and let others around me enjoy life in their way.
Does leave me with a bit over retirement SS to play with.
