I am thinking from the direction that the truck on the right is parked the guy with the 4 wheeler blocked the sidewalk.
The other alternative that is one of my big pet peeves is that they pushed it back out on the street again.

Well I went over and shoveled it clear. We have several children who walk to the nearby school every morning down that sidewalk.
Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

It seems snow freezes some peoples brains up and they are not able to function properly.
Yeah we got hit with almost 8 inches Saturday/Sunday and I cleared out a few drives after the plows came through. I'm a farmer, so It's into the big bucket tractor and off I go. Couldn't do it any other way with a 1/2 mile drivewayLook sharp and smell nice for the ladies.~~~Benz

hehehe I haven't used the term 'assume' in over 27 years, I'd used it to tell my manager that I'd 'assumed' that since I'd told and written down what he wanted my crew to get done on my days off that it would get done.
He took out a pen, grabbed a piece of paper and broke that word into three parts. With the exception of telling that tale I've never used that word in oral or written conversation since. I use 'Presume'Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.
