The only time I don't wear a belt is when I am in bed.

I have been thinking about suspenders also.....

Some days at work I have two phones, two pagers, a radio, and a flashlight hanging from my belt along with trying to keep my pants up!

    I look important anyway!

Divert one phone to the other, it is probably possible to divert the pagers to text and phones have torches built in.
Now down to 1x phone and 1x radio. 😜

These are company phones that are Cordless. They don't get text or have a built in flashlight. People think that pagers are old school but they have reception in many areas that the phones don't work. I very much prefer the radio because I can yell HELP and the whole crew hears it at once. I can forward one phone to the other but the numbers are job related. If I would forward the First Responder phone to mine then the next shift would have to change that. In a perfect world that would work.....

A couple of weeks ago I could tell that someone had gone through my locker the night before. My lead person told me at the morning meeting that I had handed off the wrong phone to the next shift and they took the right one out of my locker.

Good ideas but maybe suspenders are the more simple solution......

    Getting old has some advantages.
I can read a thriller book in half the time.

Funny how that works. I don't hear from anyone for a week or more, and then, and then I will have someone at the door, cell phone buzzing, and call waiting trying to get me to switch to another caller.
