Hey I missed that, and just started liking it (the song!) recently.
IIRC you did in fact break down and admit to liking lavender, maybe it did get to you...

Yeah...that was a great song...probably one of his best on his surreal trip from acid-head

yeah, Del...every night, when I go to bed, this song just plays over and over again in my head, until I drift off to dreamland...

I appear to be going against the grain.
Morrissey! Good one! You might be bucking the trend, but that's a darn tootin' postin'. Takes me back to school. Was also listening to Echo & the Bunnymen at that time as well. Now was it daffodils or lupins he had in his back pocket on Top of the Pops?

OK - fair warning: this is a piece of classical music (and slightly cliched at that). But I've always loved this piece

My 1000th post and so I thought this would be fitting. The older I get the more Southern I feel -- so from one Southern boy to my forum friends from Rhode Island to California, to my Canadian pals, to my European and U.K. buds, and to my Aussie mates and everyone in between: A fine Southern song, "Seven Bridges Road" as performed by the Eagles.
