There is no evidence Clinton had any top secret documents on the server and there was no policy against it while she was doing it. Some documents were re classified after the fact but that's a different circumstance and others have done similar as her. Why are they not being investigated?
You and I disagree. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears you equate "criminal" and "convicted criminal" to be synonymous. I do not. I believe a person can behave criminally and commit criminal acts regardless of the outcome of a trial.

We should not aspire to live UP to the rule of law. We should regard the rule of law as a basic code of behavior we should adhere to at the very least.

If we hold the rule of law as the pinnacle of behavior, then we start to believe: "It's not wrong unless I get caught..."

I have made the mistake of using this phrase. "It can't be/get any worse." Never again will I utter that phrase - particularly in regards to an elected official. Experience has taught me that it can always get worse, and every situation needs to be assessed and treated as such otherwise it WILL get worse.

Hate to break it to you but every election is a popularity contest. Every elected official can be substituted in your statement. They all have dirt on thier hands as it were. It's the nature of politics. And yes, imho they are ALL crooked as he!! and engage in some sort of criminal activity. They just haven't been outed yet.

If I can convince a judge (and it isn't hard) I can arrest you and issue a complaint and make you look like the worst dude in the history of the U.S. That doesn't make you a criminal. It's the conviction that does that. Of course you can try someone in the court of public opinion for political or other reasons in the hopes of fostering the appearance of guilt to benefit a person or group.

In the end if you have no conviction you have nothing.
What you are suggesting is in itself illegal. Issuing a warrant for arrest without probable cause is a violation of the 4th amendment. That along with violation of US Code title 18 241 and 242 depriving civil rights under color of law and conspiracy.

Y'know I used to joke that 'the lunatics are running the asylum' ....... and that someday we are going to turn on the news and Rod Serling will be there smoking his cigarette and we will find that we've been in the Twilight Zone all along. Wouldn't be so unbelievable the way things have been going the past 30 years.

You need to be careful who you brand as criminal. If you don't need to be convicted then anyone who does something someone else doesn't like can be branded as having committed "criminal acts" and then of course the whisper campaign starts and the person is forever branded as a criminal regardless of the facts.
