Anyone but hillary. We are already witnessing the decline and fall of the American empire. Four to eight more years of what we've had the past eight .......... we'll be down the tubes.

What I find more interesting is how you see our past presidents, but not surprised given the distortion and bias of the media here in the US. I can only imagine what your media is saying about the candidates and the “polls” here that are never right.

Clearly what we are seeing in the Trump and Sanders candidacies and their supporter base, the people are sending a message to the media and establishment politics of both parties, sadly no one is listening.

We are still months away from an election and a lot can and will change.

In a political system like ours we are always at the mercy of the major parties. Sure it's a democracy, we all get a vote, but we don't get a lot of choice in what we vote for.

So what/who we get to vote for really gets determined by how the parties choose their leaders/people. I don't claim any knowledge (or interest for that matter) whatsoever in how the US major parties do their thing, but I will say as a certified (certifiable?) left-leaner that if someone like Trump can be considered a serious contender then to me that shows that money and a talk-back radio script writer are all you need to lead one of the largest and most influential nations in the world.

But what I really want to know is what is the deal with Trump's hair? Seriously, is it a wig? toupee? If so, surely someone as rich as him could get a better job done...? He and Steven Seagal should get together and exchange notes.

I'm going to close this thread....it's too easy for a cool virtual shaving pal to become a POS.

The system in place is pretty good, but the people of the country have become corrupt just like the leaders they vote in. Either of the two parties, Democratic or Republican parties are corrupt to the core and outside influence really runs this country until those things are addressed and changed this country is going down and it's no longer it, it's when. The good news is the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back for his church before the anti-Christ takes over. Vote early and vote while you still can.

Most of these folks are in it to put their name in the history books, not to make this country the shining beacon of hope it once was. Until there is someone, no matter the political party, who puts this country first we are simply picking the lesser of two evils. That's all I have to say about that.
