There are a few Constitutional Conventions in the works.

"Initiate a constitutional convention by the act of a state legislature. Legislatures in two-thirds of the states have to apply to Congress to call a convention that can propose constitutional amendments. This means that at least 34 state legislatures must submit an application."

Having trouble locating one I saw a while back. Something like 31 States have signed on. It had term limits, no pensions and other nifty things to rain in the 538 elites.

I think I predicted early on in this thread that Hillary would take it due to the corrupt system. I hoped I was wrong then and I can say, with surprise that I'm glad I was.
