Reminds me of Pelosi's "We won't know what's in it until we pass it" non-sense. Surprise. Now we won't know what he'll do until we elect him, Great. How about Trump University: we won't know what kind of education we'll get until we pay our tuition. Oops, guess that one didn't turn out too well. Guess you won't get a refund until you sue him. Wonderful.
