Looks like the block haas completely colonized Tim. Way to go
Now if that is Lions Mane it should be in a bag and just a few spotsholes for it to fruit from. You'll get much bigger clusters that way

I looked closer, ya know enlarged the photo, and those primordial clusters that have formed look great!
I see you're using the tub method, good way to go. What are using as the medium for maintaining moisture?
