Nice work, Mike! We call em Bream down here.
Nothing more fun than to get on top of a willow/Christmas tree that someone sunk and pull them out one after another with a simple white jig.
Some work, but the best eating ever!

Plate-sized. 'Hen Bream' he called them! One right after another! Yum!
