Your right, Mike. I think it hit low 80s at the bottom. Today i started with a coat on. Right now the AC is kicking.

The bottom 8 feet are probably full of nails or whatever if it is in a yard.
I have a similar issues with a couple of Cherry trees that have fallen on my land.
If shipping wasn't a bitch I would offer to trade...........
