Congrats there! And we thought Guenevère's delivery was tough!!
Val must've wanted to quit quite a few times I bet. (I know Guenevère did)
Congrats though. Sounds like a comic series:
As an infant he was radiated with the power of the sun.
Now he's "Son Of X-man!!"

Simply Ultra Violet. It converts the biliruben into something non toxic. the danger is that it makes babies too sleepy to feed which they need to do very early to gain weight.
Oddly no. After 2 hours of pushing the doctor offered Val the option of going to forceps and she said "No, I think I can push a little more". I can't begin to express how amazing my wife is. It's incomprehensible to me.

Wahey! Congratulations, X. Son of X, eh? You know, I was betting that the boy might be called William, but with super hero blood in him of course it would be Marlow... Shakespeare's alter ego!
Really happy for you guys. Way to go!

Let me offer my congratulations as well. It won't be long until your little superhero is tying a blanket on as a cape and launching himself off of the roof. My most sincere wish for you both is that you never learn about half of the mischief he ends up in the middle of (and that none of it leaves a scar).
Cheers,
Ed
