As soon as I figure out how to take a screenshot of a DVD, I'll post one.

Thanked: 131If you use a PC press the 'Print screen' button. Then open up the Paint package (or similar graphics package) and click Edit>Paste. Presto.
Alternatively google until you find an image from the film.

Thanked: 131It works on all PCs because 'Print screen' Is a function all on its own. However Macs like mine dont have a 'print screen' button so in that instance you are correct. Its bloody difficult to get a screen grab on a mac without using VLC player or seperate screen capture software!

1. in windows, print screen will not capture a dvd if you are using hardware acceleration, you'll just get a blank screen.
2. in mac, there is a snapshot application built in, I think it's in the Utilities folder by default. (not as easy as it was back in 9, where you just hit shift+open apple+3) same deal, though, if you are using your gpu to decode the movie, you can't take screenshots.
