Ok, calm down, he has 2 days (48 hours) to post based on the rules of the game. Cut him some slack.

Thanked: 131Wiki has some interesting reading on the subject:
Screenshot - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In particular... "DVDs are often encrypted using a patented algorithm called Content-scrambling system or CSS, making it much more difficult to take screenshots of them. Many DVD-capable media players will only play them on the overlay layer, where they cannot be captured. Mac OS X DVD player deactivates the built-in screenshot feature, but it is still possible to capture the image or the video with third party software"
Long story short, the 'Grab' utility which is part of OSX doesnt work when using the DVD player also packaged with OSX. According to Apple spokeswoman Alicia Awbrey, that's because "we designed the DVD player so one cannot grab the frame from the screen. This is part of our ongoing commitment to being a responsible player in the digital content era and protect intellectual property rights." ref.
After reading around on the net I found a way I could do it.
1. Download VLC media player if you havent already. Its free and its a great little utility for playing media files.
2. Open the movie in VLC media player. Take the movie to the point where you want to take the screenshot. Pause the movie here.
3. In the menus at the top (VLC, File, Edit, Playback, Audio, Video, Window, Help) click 'Video' and choose 'Snapshot' The same process can be achieved using Shift-Command-S.
4. This will save a snapshot of the movie at the point where you paused it. The default save location is on the Desktop. From here I personally upload the image to photobucket or similar. If you need help in doing that then let me know. I then post the image link on the SRP thread in question.
Done.
