Mass emigration is no longer a possibility. The Westbank and Gaza strip illustrate what happens if two peoples want to live on the same land.

Is Underresourcement the same thing as Overpopulation?
Find me on SRP's official chat in ##srp on Freenode. Link is at top of SRP's homepage

Its probably related but I'm not sure whether Africa is naturally underresourced. A lot of it is man made or a result of so called development aid. Their debts are eating them up cause they had to buy US wheat a lot.
    Details at ATTAC.org or similar.

I think you could say so yes, if there's not enough resources for the people withdrawing, there are too many people. If you out source, there are still too many people but you're appeasing the problem.

I'm not sure Africa is over populated.

Not all host nations are unwelcoming, xenophobia kicks in sooner or later - but that is often based on half truths and general misrepresentation.

The numbers, Italy and Spain as EU border states have to face, are really high. Italy used to be quite welcoming and helpful in the beginning, but they can just not wing it any longer.
Spain legalized a big lot of illegals cause they have seen no other way.
Those countries get only little help from the EU with that problem.
Its merely end of resources than xenophobia.
Both countries have high unemployment rates and hence only a smaller tax income now to fund the immigration help.

Overpopulation depletes resources, the effect is underresourcement.

Italy is massively under populated, spain has advertised for migrants in Argentina and both still do in eastern europe.

Spain advertised in Argentina, all you needed was to prove you had a spanish relative and you got nationality. They thought the language would help but they all hated it.

I'd be interested to see the source of your information? The Spanish hate illegals from morocco, I'll give you that.

We (Europe in general) have a demographic problem that will lead to an over aged population because we do not have enough child births. In a couple of years one working person will fund five retired persons. That is of course a no go.
Hence the invitations. We need emigrants and tax payers on a higher level.
Germany put out invitations to India for computer experts and the like.
    It did not work out.

The illegal Moroccans in Spain were giving the government an issue cause they were exploited in agricultural plants terribly, fell sick and could not send their kids to school. Hence the free passports, social security, official employment etc. The story is two or three years old. I'll see if I can find something about it.

Yup, know all that, but I wonder where you found out they were no longer welcoming to migrants.

Germany and Italy are a few of the worst off I think.

    LOL I'm a news-addict!
They changed laws over here that "we" (mostly the greens at the time when I was a member even *shudders*) established, around 1999/2000.
Now when you want to migrate, especially from Turkey, you need to pass a test in german language and answer some questions regarding your understanding of democracy and western values (which not even most germans would pass, LOL), to limit the numbers.
