I have a ~$200 Seiko, all titanium, alarm chronograph, sapphire crystal, waterproof 100M. Fits the bill for me.

And it doesn't look like a classroom clock either!
Dude, the Stowa was a reference point for showing the kinds of watches I like. My price point was sub-500 as mentioned in the OP. Did you read it?

    If I could drop $800 on a watch, that's what I'd get.

Point taken, just thought that if you liked the Stowas, you would love this. If it needs to be less than 700$, what about a Max Bill Junghans (not sure 100% about preice, but should be near that figure)?

Now THAT is a nice looking watch!

    I'll look into it!

Very nice! I actually have a LP wrist watch believe it or not, though mine is not mechanical. Does anybody know anything about "Japanese" movement?

You better watch yourself, or I will slap you with a thigh-high legging filled doused in Tabac EdT. Bet you never heard that from another man before.

According to this the movement is a Seiko, so that's not bad at all.

As a matter of fact, it's probably the same guts that are in my watch (also a chrono).

That LP looks kinda snazzy. Put a bid in on it, it ends today.

And i shall niether confirm, nor deny any allegations that I have been threatened with a legging lashing doused with Tabac EdT from another man previously.

And if I did (which I'm not admitting), there was probably alcohol involved at the time...

    EDIT:

Turns out you don'thave to bid on it, just buy one from Amazon for $70

    Or how about this one:

    Titanium
    Sapphire crystal (important to me)
    Alarm
Arabic numbering (which it appears you like)

Ok, ok. I like it enough for 70 bucks, and my other one is still in great shape, so what the hell.....
